Meet Jacob!… I worked with Fernando Nunez to set up a diet/workout plan and told myself that no matter what, I was going to adhere to it. It was very hard, and I wanted to quit the whole thing several times. But each time I just told myself to make it through that day; then worry about tomorrow. Once I had completed 3 weeks on the plan it was still hard, but it was doable. During this time I also began asking people I trusted about diet and nutrition. Fast forward one year and I’m now 185lbs, 15% body fat and I feel incredible! My biggest piece of advice would be to find a goal that pushes what you think you can achieve.
