The past year is when I really started to take weight training, dieting, and an active lifestyle seriously.
I’ve taken Body Pump, Boot Camp, FitZone, and even tried Cycling! I love all the classes offered at our gym but love the friendships I’ve made with other gym members and coaches more. We keep each other accountable, have fun, and push ourselves to be the strongest versions of ourselves.
I’m so excited to knock two of my goals, a tough mudder and marathon out of my bucket list this summer.
The gym motivates me to grow mentally and physically stronger.
