Meet Rachel!… “I joined the gym over 4 years ago and have been coming consistently 3 to 4 days a week since. I’m a very dedicated person, so once I decide to start something, I stick with it! I have a family history of obesity and I see how living an unhealthy lifestyle affects your everyday life and future. I desire to live a healthy lifestyle, to honor God with my body, and to be around for my husband and children so we can enjoy life!
