FitZone is a group workout program designed for all fitness levels, from beginner to advanced athlete! YOUR workout is motivated and guided by YOUR individual heart rate meaning the group session that you attend will be programmed according to your specific fitness level. Members wear a heart rate monitor during class and your heart rate is constantly displayed on a monitor for you to see. A coach guides the class in interval training with cardio and strength components. You have the support of a motivational coach as well as the accountability of your fellow session members.


The Afterburn Effect
What’s with all this “afterburn” everyone is talking about? EPOC (Excess Post-Exercise Oxygen Consumption) is the key to a FITZONE workout. Higher intensity interval workouts are programmed to get you to 80-90% of your maximum heart rate for at least 12-15 minutes during your FITZONE workout. By doing this, you set yourself up for success (Guaranteed RESULTS!) by burning extra calories up to 36 hours AFTER your workout session. Thus creating an “afterburn.”

What to Expect:
During a FITZONE session, workouts are programmed with both cardio and strength training exercises. You will engage in interval workouts on treadmills, water rowers, and strength training equipment like: dumbbells, suspension training, medicine balls, and more. Core training, stability, and stretching is also part of our sessions. Typical workouts burn between 500-900 calories to allow you maximum results. You will find coaches who are motivated to help you achieve your goal. This workout is for ALL FITNESS LEVELS!
