TRUST THE PROCESS:
“When I workout one of the main reasons is to be more discipline in different aspects of my life and working out will make me reach that goal. Working out has made me see the change in me and to continue doing my best. I have a long way to reach to where I want to be but with time and discipline even if it’s a 30 min work out, it gets me closer to where I want to be. Always make time for yourself!”
 
WHAT MOTIVATES YOU TO WORKOUT?
“I would say the feeling afterwards is the best feeling knowing you worked hard and working on getting closer to your goals, knowing I’m changing my health not only for myself but for my family, and knowing I have their support helps keep me motivated. Working out is so therapeutic to me. It is where I have peace and can relax my mind listening to music.”
 
HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN LEADING A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE?
“I first started back into the gym a year ago after having my daughter. And not working out for 2 years, it was hard to get back into the gym. I started more consistently going to the gym like 3 months ago and started to change my habits of eating like smaller portions and how many times I would eat a day/taking my protein.”
